[There’s something very honest about self portraits that I hate. It’s not a selfie where you’re attempting to put forward your best face for social media but for me, it’s a way of getting my own state of mind out there in the media I work in. With  photography you can present your own reality to the world BUT you are aware of any fallacies the entire time. You have to come to terms with creating that fiction or letting the truth be represented fully.]
